Then Bourbon vanilla and melted butter signal the champagne's barrel ageing. After long minutes, nougat, quince paste, a hint of curry and spices appear... It is a very complex and accomplished nose, offering a wide range of aromas.\n\nThe attack in the mouth is delicate and immediately marked by the wine's density. Then the mouth is broad and fleshy. The acid structure remains in the background, as does the caressing effervescence, which gently tickles the palate. In the retro-olfaction, nougat and melted butter are found.
