The average purchase price per hectare of vineyards in 2023 in Champagne is just over 1 million euros, compared to Burgundy at 980,000 €, Alsace at 117,000 €, Bordeaux at 109,000 €, and Provence at 52,000 €/ha.
In Champagne, the price for a hectare of vineyards varies greatly depending on the region. In the Aisne department, the price is around 832,000 €, while in the Côte des Blancs, it averages 1.68 million euros!
