Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to the most important questions about our Champagne products and servicesWe offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.
Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.
Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
The ideal serving temperature is between 8 and 10 degrees Celsius. Served too cold, the champagne loses its aroma; served too warm, it tastes flat. Recommendation: chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or for 20-30 minutes in an ice bucket with water and ice.
