The Jacquinet-Dumez Champagne House, founded in 1935, benefits from three generations of experience. Since 1992, Aline and Olivier Jacquinet have been managing this 7-hectare estate in Champagne, spread across four Premier Cru villages: Les Mesneux, Sacy, Ecueil, and Villedommange. They operate as independent winemakers and are HVE-certified (High Environmental Value).

Aline and Olivier are dedicated to respecting the Champagne soil, meticulously cultivating it throughout the year. Through soil cultivation, the choice of aging in fermentation tanks and oak barrels, and mastery of low dosage, Olivier presents various expressions of the Jacquinet-Dumez language: modern, precise, and excellent.

Each Champagne has its own personality, being both approachable and suitable for lovers of "Grand Champagne Wines." Fresh ripeness is the common denominator of the house. Olivier's high standards shine through, giving full weight to the enjoyment.

Diane, one of his two daughters, follows in her parents' footsteps, having earned a DNO (National Diploma in Oenology) and returned to the winery to learn and support her parents. A new generation is preparing...
