Champagne Louise Brison
Delphine and her father are at the helm of this 13-hectare estate 50 km southeast of Troyes, where only Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are cultivated.
Louise Brison was my great-grandmother and Brison is our mother's maiden name. We produce only vintage champagnes, a true snapshot of the passage of time. Our wines are vinified in oak barrels and aged for a minimum of 6 years. Our Chardonnay and Pinot Noir musts are vinified and aged in small oak barrels from the Vosges, allowing them to benefit from the micro-oxygenation typical of wood vinification. Fermentation in wood enables us to preserve the natural acidity of our grapes. This period enriches the wine with toasted notes and emphasizes its aromatic complexity and aging potential.
