Champagne B. Gabriel
The Champagne B. Gabriel arose from the encounter of two distant worlds, which chance connected in an unexpected and very special way.
It is the encounter between Yoann, born in the cradle of Champagne, a winegrower who loves his vines and is naturally curious, and Agustina, who comes from Argentina and is passionate about the world of wines from the Andes, whom fate will lead into the world of Champagne.
As the owner of 3.6 hectares of vineyards in the communes of Troissy, Mareuil-le-Port, and Leuvrigny, Yoann has taken over his family's winery, which has existed for five generations. Even as a child, he helped his grandfather Jackie in the wine cellar during the holidays. Later, after working in Burgundy, he settled down with his father.
Inspired by the love of viticulture that his father had instilled in him, and motivated by his grandfather's visionary spirit, he started his own business at this point and rapidly advanced the development of the winery. To combine history and modern technology, the former stables of the house were converted and now house the press house and the fermentation cellar.
