Salmon Toasts



As a wonderful addition: a recipe for delicious smoked salmon toasts that pair perfectly with a sparkling glass of Champagne and will enchant your senses!

Preparation 15 minutes
Baking 10 minutes
Preheat oven to 200 degrees (180° convection).

300 g smoked salmon
90 g cream cheese
8 slices of crustless toast bread
60 g salmon roe capers
Crème fraîche for decoration

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 200° convection.
2. Spread the slices with cream cheese
3. Distribute smoked salmon, finely chopped chives, and some lemon zest on half of the slices.
4. Cover these with the remaining slices and brush the surface with a little oil.
5. Bake the mini croques in the convection oven at 200 °C until they are nicely golden brown.
6. Finally, add a mini spoon of crème fraîche and half a caper berry.
