Going for walks and discovering new places, be it in my adopted home of Berlin or elsewhere, and of course seeing my family and friends!

3- The place I love outside of Champagne
Brittany is where I spent all my school holidays as a child with my grandparents. It's where I recharge my batteries.
4- The best compliment my champagne(s) ever received.
When a customer wrote me the following comment: "Ms. Hepke is a gem. I have been ordering for years and am always delighted with her extensive assortments." That really brings joy!
5- The drink I prefer besides champagne.
I like tea, whether black, green, or rooibos, otherwise a good glass of German white wine such as Riesling or Pinot Gris, well chilled!
6- What is my madeleine, the dish that makes me feel good?
Scallops from Brittany, which are not available in Berlin, and a pink biscuit cake (a specialty from Reims) with vanilla cream (preferably made by my mother).
7- The word/phrase I like best.
Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious ;-)) a word that always makes me smile and "Champagne makes life sparkle. Share it!" this sentence is by me ;-)
8 - My favorite musicians/singers
The Smiths, The Silencers, Die Fantastischen Vier, Sade, and Julien Clerc and many others... otherwise, Beethoven's 9th Symphony and Mozart's Requiem.
9- The item I use/love the most
my iPhone of course, I would like to use it less, but it has become indispensable...
10- The changes in the world of champagne that I appreciate the most:
The rise of winegrowers, and especially female winegrowers, who are putting themselves more in the spotlight than 15 years ago, and also the significant reduction or cessation of pesticide use in the vineyards.

Quand une cliente m’a écrit ce commentaire « Frau Hepke ist ein Juwel. Ich bestelle seit Jahren und bin immer wieder in ihres umfangreichen Sortiments begeistert. » Ca fait vraiment plaisir !
5- La boisson que je préfère en dehors du champagne
J’aime le thé qu’il soit noir, vert ou roiboos sinon un bon verre de vin blanc allemand type Riesling ou Grauburgunder bien frais !
6- Quel est ma madeleine? le plat qui me fait du bien.
Des coquilles st Jacques de Bretagne, introuvables à Berlin et un gateau aux biscuits roses avec de la crème anglaise (fait par ma maman de préférence)
