Delphine is at the helm of this 13-hectare winery located 50 km southeast of Troyes, where only Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are cultivated. She exclusively produces vintage Champagnes, aged in wood, of exceptional complexity. The winery has been organically certified since 2020.
