Description

Composition: 100% Pinot Noir from the 2020 harvest, vinified in clay amphorae for 9 to 10 months. The primary (alcoholic) fermentation takes place in the amphorae, as does the entire winemaking process. No filtration. Bottling only in June or July. Disgorgement Oct 24. Sugar content: 0 g/L.

Only 1,657 bottles!

Aromas: A beautiful golden-yellow color. An intense nose of honey and yellow fruits. On the palate, ripe yellow fruits, great structure, and a beautiful length.

Recommendation: Aperitif and accompaniment to white & noble fish or creamy cheeses.

Our tip: Try a little of this champagne and give it time to unfold; after half an hour, try it again!

Taste its "twin sister," the Absolue Grès - Brut Nature: two different aging methods (stoneware vs. clay) of the same juice from the same parcel, two identical yet so different approaches. Two champagnes of incredible precision and length!

Note on possible allergens: contains alcohol, sulfites, and residual sugar

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
