Description

Composition: 60% Chardonnay, 30% Meunier, 10% Pinot Noir. 6 years old. 6 Gr/L sugar added.

Aromas: clear, brilliant yellow color with a golden shimmer. The nose immediately reveals ripe fruits and buttery anise. This is soon followed by a creamy facet that builds to a crescendo with accents of apricot and orange blossom. The rather fresh taste plays with lemons, a mineral tension (terroir) and an iodized sweetness. The beautiful salty coating is draped with the expression of aromatic garden herbs (thyme, rosemary). The finish confirms itself with a honey-like character, which includes some hazelnut notes.

Recommendation: Perfect as an aperitif but also with rosemary crackers, fish rillettes and red mullet salad, zucchini flan, radish and sugar snap pea salad with a dash of hazelnut oil.

"A brut that reflects the winery's grape varieties, consisting of 60% Chardonnay, complemented by Meunier (30%) and Pinot Noir. Divided between citrus and white fruits on the nose, fruity and licorice on the palate, it seduces with its balance and its fresh, lemony finish."

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to the most important questions about our Champagne products and services

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
