Award:  Hachette*

"Ce blanc de blancs à l'effervescence vive est de très belle facture. Expressif et fin au nez, il mêle les agrumes, les fruits blancs, la viennoiserie et des touches grillées. Les fleurs séchées et l'écorce de pamplemousse viennent compléter cette palette dans un palais tout en fraîcheur, à la finale persistante et saline."

En: "This Blanc de Blancs with lively effervescence is beautifully crafted. Expressive and delicate on the nose, it combines citrus fruits, white fruits, pastry notes and a hint of toast. Dried flowers and grapefruit zest complete this palate with a very fresh taste and a persistent, saline finish."

The story behind it: Why "Blanc de Blanche"? The plot from which this champagne originates is located in Vauciennes, at the foot of the watchtower of Blanche de Castille (wife of Louis VIII and mother of Louis IV (Saint Louis)).

And this is what Natalie Lumpp, TOP Sommelière, writes about Champagne Liébart-Régnier's Blanc de Blanche:

"Named after a parcel at the foot of the watchtower of Blanche de Castille, wife of Louis VIII. The pure Chardonnay champagne is of incredible finesse – like a painting: delicate notes of lime blossom, verbena, honey candles and tangerine. On the palate it remains equally delicate and polished, with hints of bitter oranges and nuts. The finish is long and beautifully clear. For me, the perfect champagne for festive days with an intense atmosphere! It also harmonizes wonderfully with oysters, pasta vongole or duck à l'Orange."

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
