Description

Composition: 100% Blanc de Blancs from the 2020 harvest - Vaudemanges terroir. No malolactic fermentation. 3g sugar/L. Disgorged April 2025.

Aromas: Very expressive and fresh nose, accompanied by aromas of citrus fruits and brioche. On the palate, this champagne evokes notes of white fruits such as peach or pear. It possesses remarkable freshness and a beautiful vivacity. The minerality expresses the full personality of this very atypical Blanc de Blancs from the Montagne de Reims.

Recommendation: Goat cheese, seafood risotto or even with sushi.

Natalie Lumpp, TOP Sommelier recommends the Blanc de Blancs 1er Cru :

"The Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru Extra Brut from Champagne Rochet-Bocart is a real "wow experience"! It sparkles in golden hues and impresses with its enormous citrus aroma. Grapefruit, lemon, lime – so fresh, it makes your mouth water. The longer it stays in the glass, the more ripe mirabelle plums and floral aromas emerge. When drinking, it remains so elegant, floral and it drinks remarkably juicy - and truly makes you want to keep drinking. A perfect aperitif champagne, also excellent with dishes with fresh herbs, such as Frankfurter Green Sauce or sorrel soup, but also with summery fish dishes…"

Frequently Asked Questions

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
