Description

Composition: 100% Chardonnay from Ludes and Chigny-les-Roses. 100% 2020 harvest. 85% vinified in wood. 3g sugar/L. Ecocert certified.

Aromas: a Blanc de Blancs with a pale yellow color and discreet effervescence. Open, spring-like nose: lime, mint, fresh almonds, apple, then foliage, vetiver, honeysuckle, wheat, waffle batter, cider apple, in its full youth. The attack is lively, then the palate is fluid, invigorating and the mousse is crisp. The finish is quite long (6-7 seconds), smoother than the attack, nicely salty. A clear, elongated champagne with a fluid, firm and airy texture and a dynamic, refreshing style.

Recommendation: roasted almonds, oysters, other shellfish, pan-fried octopus, red mullet carpaccio with lemon, crab meat and Granny Smith tartare

Note on possible allergens: contains alcohol, sulphites and residual sugar

Frequently Asked Questions

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
