And this is what Natalie Lumpp, TOP Sommelier, writes about the "Cuvée Dyvin - Grand Cru":

It sparkles in powerful gold – and its aroma is already so invigorating! The finest aromas reminiscent of orange, grapefruit, and coconut are complemented by subtle toasty notes. On the palate, it presents itself as clear and juicy. With its citrusy character, it is refreshing – a true "opener." The only way to improve it is with crostini with arugula & lardo, or crostini with pea puree and mint, or crostini with avocado cream and chili.

Note on potential allergens: contains alcohol, sulfites, and residual sugar

Frequently Asked Questions

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
