Description

Composition: 100% Chardonnay - Terroir Chouilly Grand Cru, 67% 2021 vintage and 33% reserve wines (started in 1982 by Jacques Vazart). 4.5g sugar. Disgorged: June 2024.

Aromas: This Blanc de Blancs Champagne displays a pale yellow color with green reflections, fine and delicate bubbles that convey a fresh and airy impression. Fine aromas of citrus fruits, gentle chalk, iodine, grapefruit, and acacia lend floral notes and a hint of minerality to this delicate and fruity Champagne.

Recommendation: An enjoyable Champagne perfect as an aperitif, also harmonizes perfectly with oysters, grapefruit carpaccio, pan-seared scallops, cod loin in a delicate saffron butter sauce, etc.

"Magnifiques bulles frétillantes, crépitantes, fines, sans exubérance. Cette cuvée se livre sans fards ni paillettes, avec une bouche sans artifice : c’est d’une beauté sans excès. Le vin nous caresse et nous charme, mais avec discrétion et élégance. À découvrir sans plus attendre."

Eng: "Beautiful quivering, crackling bubbles, fine, without exuberance. This cuvée reveals itself without fuss or glitter, with an artless palate: it is a beauty without excess. The wine caresses and charms us, but with discretion and elegance. Discover it without further delay."

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to the most important questions about our Champagne products and services

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
