Natalie Lumpp, TOP sommelier recommends Carte Blanche by Ch. Maxime Blin:

"The Carte Blanche by Champagne Maxime Blin is a truly exceptional champagne! In the glass, it shines with a powerful golden color and bronze reflections – and its initial aroma is reminiscent of toasted bread, fresh mocha beans, cream caramel... Then it becomes increasingly floral and impresses with its perfect balance! On the palate, you feel its rich character, finest caramel and praline aromas; it simply seems incredibly rounded and smooth. This would be my favorite for a late evening with beautiful music and candlelight..."

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
