Description

Composition: 80% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay, of which 12% is red wine. The red wine is produced from old Pinot Meunier vines. Fineness and elegance characterize this Champagne, which shows a beautiful delicate pink color. 9g/l added sugar.

Aromas: On the nose, the Brut Rosé is delicate with notes of red fruits. The palate shows great finesse and unfolds aromas of small red fruits (especially strawberries).

Recommendation: As an aperitif and ideal with desserts with red fruits

Awards: 15/20 Gault&Millau, *Hachette 2021 and tasted as follows:

And this is how Natalie Lumpp, TOP sommelier, describes the Carte Rosée:

Its color alone presents a powerful dark rosé, and it smells much fruitier, more berry-like - think of strawberries, raspberries, and plums. The latter continues on the palate - an impressive Champagne with its enormous fruitiness! The Rosé can, of course, be enjoyed wonderfully on its own - or with an Iberico cutlet or even with slices of calf's liver...

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
