Description

Blend: 34% Pinot Noir, 66% Chardonnay from the 2015 harvest, an excellent vintage. Vinified in oak barrels. No filtration. Dosage: 4g sugar content. Disgorgement: Nov 2021.

Aromas: Wonderful iodine aromas on the nose evoke lightness and sea spray. One is enchanted by a sweetness and liveliness, carried by subtle notes of yuzu, honeysuckle, candied orange peel, and stewed apricots. The palate is characterized by candied citrus fruits, opening up to a length supported by pleasant bitter notes.

Recommendation: a rich yet fine champagne. Potent as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to food (seafood or fish)

En: "The 2012 version (another excellent vintage) of this brut champagne was highly praised. It also favors Chardonnay (66%), complemented by Pinot Noir, and is aged in wood. The result is a beautifully delicate nose, with notes of white flowers, citrus, and pastry, preceding a fresh and mineral palate, with a tangy and persistent finish. A distinguished champagne."

Note on possible allergens: contains alcohol, sulphites, and residual sugar

Frequently Asked Questions

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
