Description

Composition: 70% Pinot noir, 30% Chardonnay. 6 years old. 6.4 g added sugar/L.

Aromas: This champagne has a very beautiful sandy color with bright straw-colored reflections. Expressive and engaging nose with an original bouquet of sweet spices, dried fruits, and brioche. On the palate, it is a clear, supple, and creamy champagne that emphasizes the notes of dried fruits (almond, hazelnut). Vinous and enveloping persistence on the finish.

Recommendation: For a refined aperitif and a lovely food pairing.

Award: 91/100 Gault&Millau

En: "The round yellow and white fruits combine with more pastry-like notes of lemon madeleine, fresh almond and greengage compote, sprinkled with a pinch of spices (coriander seeds). A rich, round and delicious bouquet, very pleasant. The texture leaves a veil of freshness on the palate before a long, spicy finish. A wine that can be enjoyed both as an aperitif and with elaborate dishes (poultry in cream sauce, seafood and green curry with shrimp) and which will charm with its soft price."

Frequently Asked Questions

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
