Description

Composition: 80% Pinot Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir, less than 10% vinified in wood. 5g/L added sugar.

Aromas: The characteristic aromas are those of citrus fruits, quince paste and yellow fruits. An opulent wine, with a lovely raspberry scent that underlines its delicacy.

Recommendation: The ideal companion for an aperitif or cocktails with puff pastry canapés and fine dishes such as roasted poultry, rabbit and cheeses such as "tête de moine", "summer Beaufort" or "St Nectaire".

And this is what Natalie Lumpp, TOP sommelier, writes about the Dialogie 1er Cru from Ch. Jacquinet-Dumez:

It shines in gold with slight bronze reflections and initially appears very spicy – reminiscent of roasted almonds. Then more and more fruity aromas are added – pink grapefruit, red berries and apricots. On the palate, it delivers everything it promised on the nose – and it has a long finish. A great aperitif, also wonderful with freshwater crayfish – or a shrimp cocktail with pink grapefruit...

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
