Description

Blend: 50% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir and 25% Meunier. 82% vinified in oak barrels. Sugar content: 5g/L. No malolactic fermentation, no filtration or fining. 5 years old.

Aromas: This champagne has a beautiful pale gold color and initially gives off aromas of brioche and melted butter with a slightly smoky background. On the nose, it elegantly unfolds with autumnal, spicy, and woody notes.

On the palate, it is persistent and full-bodied. The wine's texture is reminiscent of silk and fully contributes to the pleasure of tasting. The finish is open, long (more than ten seconds of lingering flavor), creamy, and fresh. At the very end, a saline note can be perceived.

Recommendation: Ideal as an aperitif with cheese puffs, perfect with delicate appetizers like ravioli.

Note on possible allergens: contains alcohol, sulfites, and residual sugar

Frequently Asked Questions

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
