Description

Composition: 100% Chardonnay from the villages of Mesnil sur Oger, Oger, Vertus, Trépail and Grauves. The wines in steel tanks are made with partial malolactic fermentation, the wines in wooden barrels (26%) without malolactic fermentation. 4.25 g/L added sugar. Disgorged June 2023.

Matured for many years to develop more complexity and to highlight the secondary and tertiary aromas that are the hallmark of long aging on the lees in the bottle.

Aromas: Bright golden color with a string of very fine bubbles. Lively and expressive bouquet with aromas of citrus fruits, lemon zest, and yuzu. Creamy, with citrus notes of bergamot. The finish is fresh and elegant with wonderful minerality.

Recommendation: Perfect as an aperitif or with fish and crustaceans such as prawns and lobster, whether poached or served with white butter sauce.

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
