Composition: 100% Chardonnay from the 2016 vintage from the Grand Cru village of Chouilly, from chalk soil. Malolactic fermentation carried out. 3 g/L added sugar.

Aromas: The 2016 Grand Bouquet Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Extra Brut is ripe, juicy, and boasts a beautiful fragrance of ripe quince, vineyard peach, orange pulp, orange zest, chamomile, oyster shell, and dried pastries. A champagne that transports you directly to the sea with its finesse and intensity, so intense is its salty-mineral impression.

Occasion: Perfect as an aperitif (with Parmesan) and an excellent accompaniment to dishes such as poultry or fish!

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
