Description

Composition: 61% Chardonnay, 39% Pinot Noir. Sugar content: 4 g/L.

Aromas: Pale yellow color, indicating great freshness. The perlage is delicate. The nose is dominated by very fresh aromas: fennel, star anise, followed by a hint of mint. As the wine warms, delicious aromas develop: poached pear, nougat, and almond. On the palate, the attack is elegant. A bouquet of fresh fruits unfolds: Mirabelle plum, rhubarb, and apple, which offer a beautiful density in the mid-palate. The finish is precise, fresh, and tart. Fine bitterness, characteristic of Grand Crus, contributes to the elegance of this Champagne.

Recommendation: Ideal as an aperitif, this vintage pairs perfectly with scallops or oysters, or with duck breast with figs or plums.

Award: 92/100 Gault&Millau

"La croûte de pain frais, des arômes de feuille de thé noir, de charbon de bois de cerisier, et puis le fruit blanc revient sur le devant et s'impose. À l'aération, les fleurs pourpres apportent leurs parfums opulents. Très délicate, la bouche est à la fois ronde et gourmande, mais tout en gardant une droiture et une rigueur élégantes et séduisantes. Rien de show off, mais un côté câlin et rassurant, comme les treize desserts de Noël dans une ambiance familiale."

En: "The crust of fresh bread, aromas of black tea leaf, cherry charcoal, and then the white fruit comes back to the fore and asserts itself. With aeration, the purple flowers bring their opulent scents. Very delicate, the palate is both round and full-bodied, yet maintaining an elegant and seductive linearity and rigor. Nothing showy, but rather cozy and reassuring, like the thirteen Christmas desserts in a family atmosphere." (Tradition of Provence )

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
