And this is what Natalie Lumpp, TOP Sommelier, writes about the "Grande Réserve":

"The Brut Grande Reserve from Champagne Boulard-Bauquaire is truly excellent – it convinces everyone who still has prejudices that champagne is sour. It presents itself so floral – reminiscent of roses and lilies. A delicate fruit underlines its light and playful character. On the palate, its fine toast aroma makes it so smooth, round – it drinks almost like a great white Burgundy wine. With its complex nature, you can also serve it with rabbit or roast lamb – or simply enjoy it on its own to usher in happy days!!!"

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
