Aromas: On the nose with aromas of morello cherries and lemon balm, a smooth and fresh start on the palate, fruity and delicate with a beautiful acidity and a chalky finish.

Recommendation: Pairs excellently with 48-month aged Parma ham. It will also wonderfully complement your sweet/savory dishes and desserts with low-sugar fruits!

Award: 91/100 Gault&Millau

"Champagne d’assemblage à la couleur et aux arômes d’abricots. Bouche tendue et fraîche, sur des notes de fleurs et de groseilles, avec de délicates touches de vanille et de fève de tonka. La minéralité en texture très fine se pose délicatement sur la langue, mais crée un veritable relief aromatique. À ouvrir avec des gougères de truite et romarin."

Translation: "A blended Champagne with the color and aromas of apricots. Taut and fresh on the palate, with notes of flowers and redcurrants, as well as delicate hints of vanilla and tonka bean. The minerality with its very fine texture gently rests on the tongue, yet creates a true aromatic relief. Serve with cheese or trout gougères."

Frequently Asked Questions

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
