Description

Imagine a treasure that has been passed down for over 20 years, with each vintage adding its own magical touch...The DNA of the winery is rosé! The Morel family has always produced rosé wines through maceration.

Composition: 100% Pinot Noir as Rosé de Saignée from a Solera started in 2000. Aged for at least 36 months on lees. 6g/L dosage. Only 1,600 bottles produced.

Aromas: With its pale pink color and pearly reflections, coupled with fine and persistent bubbles, its bouquet reveals delicate notes of red fruits. On the palate, the balance between freshness and vinosity is perfect, with an elegant and refined finish. It is a velvety rosé Champagne, fine and fresh.

Recommendation: Aperitif and dinner with friends/family. Accompanies sushi, sashimi, meat (roast beef, duck breast), fish, white meat, and cheese. Dessert: Red fruit desserts. On its own: Simply for the joy of its magnificent fruitiness!

Enjoy within 2 to 4 years of purchase.

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
