The story behind it: Charlotte Le Gallais says: "La Demi-Lune is a plot that I planted with my father in 2001, when I was 20 years old :))) What a beautiful time! We have a special balance on this 30 ares plot: it is nestled among the trees bordering the castle. The soil is black and deep, with a high proportion of organic matter, and lies on a chalk base (the same that serves as the foundation for the castle)."

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
