Description

Composition: 75% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay from the 2021 harvest from the Clos des Fourches vineyards, made with 50% reserve wines. Stored in fermentation tanks for 11 months after harvest for optimal harmonious maturation. Produced with natural malolactic fermentation. Sugar content: 2 g/L.

Aromas: This noble Premier Cru Champagne combines the beautiful fullness and fruitiness of Pinot Noir with the freshness of Chardonnay. It is very elegant and expresses the minerality of the vineyard's chalk.

Recommendation: The lively and mineral imprint of this Champagne pairs perfectly with iodine-rich dishes, shellfish, raw fish, mussels, fresh cheese, and exotic flavors.

Translation: "Beautiful aroma reminiscent of Chardonnay, with notes of white fruits, rose, and acacia. Then a more vinous, very engaging character of poached fruits (plum) emerges. It's beautiful, good, and delicious! The firm and invigorating bubbles highlight beautiful bitterness and extraordinary sapidity. A distinct style and personality that we love!"

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
