Description

Composition: 100% Pinot noir from the 2018 vintage and the "Les Bergères" plot in Treslon. Vinification in wooden barrels. 0g sugar/L.

Aromas: Old gold color, discreet copper reflections; beautiful bubbles forming a delicate cordon. On the nose, this champagne is discreet and delicate; some notes of red and black fruits, then bread crust. On the palate, this champagne has a dense, tight, almost austere start... Decant 10 minutes before tasting to allow it to fully develop; then you will find a firmer mouthfeel where stone fruits regain their place. The gourmet notes return, retaining a beautiful savoriness. The finish is long and saline, digestible...

Recommendation: Poularde stuffed with truffled poultry mousseline and poached, duck breast smoked with green tea

The Story: Vincent Lagille, the winemaker, says: "I have always found these grapes to be particularly beautiful and good: I call them the "Pinots" of the sun! These are the grapes you most want to eat when they arrive at the ramp for pressing. It was obvious to me to make a single-parcel champagne from them. I am very proud of this wine!"

Note on possible allergens: contains alcohol, sulfites and residual sugar

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
