Description

Composition: 100% Meunier from the 1979 old parcel called "Les Genevraux" in Troissy, Marne Valley. Fermentation and aging in wooden barrels from wines of a reserve started in 2013. 4 g/L sugar added. Very limited quantity produced: 2,564 bottles. Natural clarification, no filtering. Disgorged: Nov. 23.

Aromas: It has a beautiful straw-yellow color with an amber shimmer. Aromas of citrus and yellow fruits, spicy notes like curry make this special champagne very interesting on the nose! On the palate, it has pleasant and ripe fruity aromas (apricot). A few spicy notes of vanilla and cinnamon intermingle. A generous champagne with a precise and clear finish. Rare and beautiful!

Occasion: This special champagne allows for subtle associations such as duck with cranberries, capon with tarragon. It appeals to the sweetness and roundness of the meat combined with the fruity-vegetable freshness.

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
