Description

Composition: 87% Meunier, 8.5% Pinot Noir, 4.5% Chardonnay, 2023 harvest, 40-50% reserve wine from 2022. 2 Gr/L added sugar.

Aromas: A rosé champagne with a beautiful pink color and bright fuchsia nuances. Very fine, lively bubbles that form a subtle string of pearls.
A magnetic and elegant bouquet, oscillating between red and yellow fruits – a pleasant stroll through an orchard. Crisp and fresh on the attack, with opulent fruit aromas unfolding. Juicy and light on the palate, with a long, salivating finish.

Recommendation: A rosé as an aperitif, accompanied by thin slices of Serrano ham and small cubes of hard cheese. An evening with pizza and rosé champagne on the terrace or in the park. Tuna tataki with wasabi sesame and ginger soy sauce.

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to the most important questions about our Champagne products and services

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
