"The winemaker invites us to a game to discover this mysterious champagne (answer on the back of the back label). The information available to us: EB = extra brut ?; 1.17 = 2017 harvest ?; M3 = perhaps a blend of the three main grape varieties of Champagne? The pale gold robe precedes a discreet nose. The ripe palate indicates the maturity of the grapes from which the blend is composed. The terroir is highlighted by a discreet dosage."

Listen to the explanations of Edouard, the winemaker behind this mysterious champagne!

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
