"Superb. This brut nature champagne reveals an expansive nose with aromas of fresh country bread, candied lemon, rhubarb, fresh mint and white peach. On the palate, the wine offers a beautiful full and crystalline texture, chewiness and tension. The bubbles are subtle. Long on the palate and salivating with a finish of toasted cereals, lemon and peach, this wine will pair with a sea bream supreme, courgette flowers with fresh cheese."

Ger: "Wonderful. This undosed Champagne reveals a blooming nose with aromas of fresh country bread, candied lemon, rhubarb, fresh mint and white peach. Frequently Asked Questions

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
