Description

Composition: 100% Pinot Meunier (Müllerrebe) from old vines in the Vallée de la Marne, vinified in barrels and undergone malolactic fermentation. The sugar content is 5.5 g. Numbered bottles, limited edition.

Aromas: The nose is rich and delicate with notes of butter and toast. On the palate, fruits like plums, apple, and pear dominate. Made from the best must (cuvée), it has astonishing freshness. An elegant, purebred, rich, and original champagne. Beautiful balance between body, low sugar content, and subtle acidity. Fine, velvety texture. A 100% Pinot Meunier of great finesse!

Recommendation: Perfect as an aperitif, also as an accompaniment to a whole meal

En: "The bakery nose is enhanced by slightly cooked and creamy stone fruits, salted caramel, and cake spices. The palate is like liquid gingerbread, with spices (ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, star anise) and pungent citrus fruits. With good intensity, this cuvée is lively and fresh, flavorful, and has good length."

Note on possible allergens: contains alcohol, sulfites, and residual sugar

Frequently Asked Questions

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
