Description

Composition:  80% Pinot Blanc, 20% Chardonnay from the 2017 harvest. Blanc de blancs, excellence from the oldest Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay vineyard dating back to 1957. 3 Gr/L added sugar.

Aromas: This champagne has a beautiful, pale golden color with delicate, airy bubbles. On the nose: elegant with floral notes, acacia and white flowers, followed by fruity aromas of pear and apple, with a finishing note of licorice. On the palate, notes of acacia, vineyard peach and white lily are perceptible with a mineral finish. A champagne with optimal balance and maturity, which still possesses a beautiful youth.

Recommendation: This delicate yet opulent champagne pairs perfectly with raw fish, abalone and John Dory fillet with citrus fruits. Refined cheeses or white meat are also a beautiful combination. Caviar and other iodine-containing dishes are only further enhanced.

Frequently Asked Questions

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
