Description

Composition: 100% Chardonnay, 70% Chardonnay from Avize, Mesnil sur Oger - Grand Cru and 30% Chardonnay from the Côte de Sézanne. This composition ensures the same quality of champagne and balance of aromas every year. 6 g/l.

Aromas: The nose is fine and expressive with floral notes, typical of the Sézanne wine region, as well as toast notes. The same aromas unfold in the mouth. On the palate, the Brut Origine + is full-bodied and powerful, with a characteristic freshness. Beautiful long finish with fine aromas of pear syrup.

Occasion: Very pleasant, ideal as an aperitif!

And this is what Natalie Lumpp, TOP Sommelier, writes about Origine + from Champagne de la Renaissance:

Oh la la – the minimalist black label with just an "O" already looks very modern! The pure Chardonnay Champagne has endless elderflower and blackcurrant aromas! On the palate, more sweet apricot and Mirabelle plum fruit comes through - very delicious...

Goes wonderfully with fresh fruits, but also a secret tip with pork tenderloin prepared with dried fruit.

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
