Composition: 75% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay (2013 harvest). Fine pale yellow color with golden reflections. Sugar content: 4 g/L. Only 4,000 bottles.

Aromas: The harvest at the winery began on October 2nd and ended on October 9th, 2013. The growing season was characterized by a cool and wet spring with a poor May. The summer, with moderate heat, favored a slow and beautiful ripening of the grapes, allowing the development of great aromatic complexity.

"PASSION 2013" has a full nose with a distinct character of plum and blackberry notes, reflecting an assemblage dominated by Pinot Noir.

Recommendation: Aperitif and a popular companion for evenings with friends, e.g., guinea fowl with sauerkraut.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
