Composition: 60% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Noir and 7% red wine from Pinot Noir. At least 11 years old. Sugar content: 17 g/L.

Aromas: Has a beautiful orange color with sparkling, shimmering reflections. The bouquet initially exudes notes of blood oranges. After the wine has reached a certain temperature, aromas of ripe strawberries and raspberries develop. On the palate, it is very balanced, flattering, well-structured, full-bodied, and precise. The finish is long and fresh.

Recommendation: to brunch, with tea, by the pool. It pairs well with scrambled eggs and ham, a passion fruit dessert, or a French Crêpe Suzette. It also accompanies spicy exotic dishes, such as tagine, caramelized pork, or Indian specialties.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
