And this is what Natalie Lumpp, TOP Sommelière, writes about the Empreinte de Terroir Rosé:

"There are some truly wonderful champagnes that one has to really "work for"... But sometimes you just want a great champagne that promises "pure drinking pleasure"! Such a delicious drop for me is the Rosé Empreinte de Terroir from the small champagne house René Collet. It glows in a vibrant pink-rosé color and smells distinctly fruity! Think of ripe strawberries and also almonds. With its delicate sweetness, it comes across as truly charming and seductive. Everything it promises on the nose, it delivers on the palate. The fruit becomes even more intense, also reminiscent of cassis, and with its very subtle acidity, it is almost quaffable... My tip: a high addiction factor at sunset!

How good that there are still such small, fine family businesses in Champagne – with only 5 ha, truly a manufacture! René Collet is also very lucky that his three sons Florent, Vincent and Thomas lovingly tend the champagne estate."

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
