Description

Composition: 100% Pinot Noir as Rosé de Saignée. 7 g sugar content. Produced using traditional methods. The color and fruit aromas are achieved through the maceration of whole Pinot Noir grapes, which gives the Rosé Champagne a unique character.

Aromas: A rosé with a beautiful coppery-pink color and fine, regular, and long-lasting bubbles. On the nose, it is full-bodied and fresh, combining a delicious blend of red fruits: cherry, sour cherry, strawberry, and raspberry with a hint of smoke and spices. In the mouth, it has a beautiful, soft start with intense notes of red fruits.

Recommendation: Aperitif with friends/family or as an accompaniment to a meal: sushi, sashimi, meat (roast beef, duck breast), cured meats, and cheese. Dessert with red fruits or simply on its own for the joy of its delicious fruitiness!

Award: Guide Hachette**

"A pure Pinot Noir from Les Riceys, aged 36 months in the cellar, this rosé offers exactly what one expects from a Rosé de Saignée: an intense color, a nose full of red fruits and berries, which are reflected in a harmonious taste. It can accompany a meal, but also a dessert with red fruits.."

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
