Description

Composition: 25% Chardonnay, 25% Blanc Vrai (Pinot Blanc), 25% Arbanne, 25% Petit Meslier. Unfiltered. Minimal use of sulfur. 4.2g added sugar/L.

Aromas: Aromas of very fresh grapes and citrus fruits, developing into notes of apple honey and fig jam, supported by a bouquet of white flowers. On the palate, a champagne with great freshness, mineral and chiseled. The finish is very long-lasting.

Recommendation: Ideal as an aperitif. Perfect with a spring tart, a Blanquette de la Mer, or a veal carpaccio with white truffle.

Award: 16/20 Gault&Millau

Eng: "The pale gold color with green reflections gives way to a herbaceous and fresh nose of straw and pine. The effervescence consists of small, round and lively bubbles, chiseled and sharp, soft and crunchy in the mouth. Each grape variety plays a different note in this champagne with a citrus-dominated finish, which is harmonious, fresh, intense, and flavorful.

Frequently Asked Questions

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
