Description

Composition: 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay. 7g sugar content.

Aromas: Beautiful golden color with sparkling reflections and persistent bubbles that highlight its finesse. Nose: Lively and expressive, reminiscent of citrus fruits. It develops notes of dried fruits, white peaches, and fresh butter. On the palate, it is fresh and full of charm, balanced, long, fine, and elegant with fresh hazelnut aromas and a mineral finish.

Recommendation: It is the ideal companion for your aperitifs and cocktails. A champagne for every moment, from aperitif to dessert!

Award: Guide Hachette*

"This Brut, made from Pinot Noir (90%) and a small proportion of Chardonnay, aged for three years in the cellar, impresses with its clarity, freshness, finesse, as well as its fruity and spicy expression."

Natalie Lumpp, TOP Sommelier, writes the following about Champagne Morel's "Réserve":

"The Réserve from Champagne Morel, from the southernmost tip of Champagne, shines in a powerful gold and captivates with its complexity on the nose alone – think of apricots, ripe mirabelle plums, fresh herbs like sage and sandalwood. Over time, it becomes increasingly mineral, which is evident in a fine saltiness on the palate. Powerful, profound, and yet lean, while not acid-heavy, it practically encourages you to keep drinking! The perfect champagne for an aperitif – with its wonderful herbaceousness, it also harmonizes excellently as an accompaniment to chervil or pea soup, as well as an herb risotto."

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
