Description

This 2022 vintage was produced from the vines of the "Les Juliennes" and "Le Mont des Tours" plots in Bouzy - Grand Cru, specifically selected for their concentrated aromas and freshness.

11 months of aging in oak barrels for better harmony of aromas. Bottling: Sept. 03, 2015 - . Sugar content: 2 g/L. Disgorgement: Oct 24

Composition: 100% Pinot Noir

Aromas: A very fine, full-bodied and powerful Champagne, which could be compared to Burgundy wines from Mercurey due to its strongly earthy character.

Award: 16.5/20 Gault&Millau (2013 vintage)

"The nose is complex and very fresh, with notes of baked apple, dried fruit and gorse. The palate is rich, with volume and a certain sweetness that brings much roundness and palatability. The finish is long, saline and chalky. Roasted duck breast, whole baked apples with redcurrant jelly would pair well."

Note on possible allergens: contains alcohol, sulphites and residual sugar

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
