Description

Blend: 100% Pinot Noir from maceration of grapes in fermentation tanks, previously crushed with feet. 9 Gr/L added sugar.

Aromas: This rosé Champagne has a bright cherry color with coral and garnet reflections. The nose is generous and delicious with dominant notes of red and black fruits. Some exotic hints such as mango and papaya, with a finish of watermelon. In the mouth, one discovers aromas of fruit paste, tart cherry, wood, and light vanilla. This rosé with a strong personality, a signature of Pinot Noir, retains a beautiful elegance thanks to a controlled maceration, which gives it a subtle vinosity .

Recommendation: Ideal with red meats such as duck breast or juicy roast beef. The dominance of red fruits allows for an original pairing with bitter dark cocoa or even blueberry and strawberry cake.

Remove from the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving.

En: "This almost red maceration rosé proudly displays the vibrant colors of raspberry! The attack is delightful and invigorating, the palate full-bodied and vinous, resting on very light tannins, enveloped in red fruity flavors." Le Figaro Magazine rating: 15.5/20

Frequently Asked Questions

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
