Description

Composition: the Rosé de Saignée is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from old vines. The very rare traditional method of macerating black grapes gives this champagne its beautiful color. 8g of added sugar.

Aromas: the champagne has a ruby red color with persistent bubbles and a creamy mousse. The nose is expressive and harmonious, revealing intense aromas of red fruits. On the palate, this promising Rosé Champagne shows notes of ripe red fruits (currants, raspberries, cherries). The powerful and beautiful fruit aromas develop gentle spices and structured tannins. The finish has an outstanding length with persistent fruit notes.

Pairing: As an aperitif and an ideal companion for fine charcuterie, grilled meat and poultry, and, of course, all desserts with red fruits!

Awards: Guide Hachette**, recommended in the French Guide Euvrard&Garnier.

Note on possible allergens: contains alcohol, sulfites, and residual sugar

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
