Composition: Rosé de Saignée from 100% Pinot Noir, 2022 vintage. 30% vinified in wood for 9 to 10 months. Sugar content: 0.1 g/L. No added sulfur!

Aromas: This champagne has an intense red color. It is pure, vinous with delicious blood orange, ruby red grapefruit, and sour cherry aromas supported by a chalky salinity and followed by a hint of dried herbs.

This champagne is a gastronomic wine. It is recommended to open the bottle 15 minutes before tasting or, at best, to decant this rosé.

It is complex from start to finish!

Recommendation: Red meat, creamy cheeses, desserts with red fruits and low sugar.

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
