Description

Please enjoy only from mid-July! (due to disgorgement mid-May 25)

Composition: 100% Pinot Noir, a rosé that gets its color through the rare traditional method of macerating blue grapes. The champagne was aged in wooden barrels, which gives it more structure and a longer-lasting finish. The grapes come from the growing areas Mont Boeuf (last windmill in the Champagne region) and Mont Rizan (lighthouse and museum of Verzenay). 10.5 g/L added sugar.

Aromas: Scent notes of strawberries and saffron are discovered, developing into delicious aromas of marshmallows and grenadine. After a few minutes in the air, a floral bouquet with a hint of strawberry juice unfolds. The nose is very fine and complex with a mineral and fruity touch. On the palate, this rosé is long-lasting and characterized by aromas of lemons, cinnamon, and cherries.

Recommendation: For all occasions.

To preserve its quality and taste, the clear bottle must be protected from light. The champagne can also be served at 12°C.

Note on possible allergens: contains alcohol, sulfites and residual sugar

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
