Description

Blend: 75% Pinot Noir (of which 8% still red wine from the region), 20% Chardonnay, 5% Pinot Meunier made exclusively from the best must (Cuvée) from 2019, with 40% reserve wines aged in wooden barrels and processed using a Solera method, meaning it is re-blended each year so that the assemblage can be supplemented with more complex wines that still retain all their minerality. Partial malolactic fermentation. 9g sugar content. Disgorgement: Jan 2023.

Aromas: Beautiful salmon pink color with coppery shimmer. On the nose, first aromas of red fruits like cherry and wild strawberries, then citrus notes emerge. On the palate, it is elegant and pure with a beautiful minerality and a slight astringency that highlights the fruitiness!

Recommendation: Ideal as an aperitif and to enhance smoked fish and meats (bacon, ham, veal, lamb). Pairs very well with red fruit desserts. Can be drunk now due to its fruitiness and freshness and can also be stored in the cellar for several years.

Award: 91/100 G&M

Eng: "Discreet and tender, the nose opens with scents of old rose petals and country flowers, then aromas of yellow peach, crushed raspberry and Williams pear emerge on aeration to compose a round, silky and cheerful bouquet. These fruity notes are found intensified in a supple body with a creamy texture and beautiful fullness. The small red and black fruits contribute to the fleshy texture before a finish with a true personality of maraschino cherry. One can well imagine this wine with red meat, a Richelieu pâté en croûte. A true personality."

We offer a carefully curated selection of champagnes from the most renowned houses in the Champagne region. Our portfolio includes classic Brut champagnes, rosé varieties, and special vintages. Each bottle is selected according to strict quality criteria to guarantee you the best taste experience.

Champagne should be stored in a cool, dark place, ideally at a constant temperature between 7-10°C. The bottles should be stored horizontally to keep the cork moist. Avoid direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Well-stored champagnes can age and gain complexity over many years.

Champagne should be served in flutes or tulip glasses to best preserve its aroma. Chill the bottle for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator or 20 minutes in an ice bucket to 6-8°C. Open the bottle carefully by removing the wire and slowly twisting out the cork. Serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and effervescence.
